Though he acts childish and like an air head most of the time he really is quite smart.

He can speak and understand the major languages but chooses not to. He only does when being particularly menacing, or trying for a deal that others are reluctant to make.

On the outside he’s bubbly, always happy and cheerful. but he’s cracked inside with only a temporary seal. He knows his own strength and he’d die to save his people and his children (states) He’s not afraid.

However he doesn’t like to hurt people so choices not to. He feels that he didn’t really get a childhood therefore acts childish. He does hate to be alone and has some abandoment issues thanks to England leaving him alone for longe periods of time.
